Be Holy Because He’s Holy

Scripture: “But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do” 1 Peter 1:15 NIV

Observation: We are called to live holy lives because our Savior is holy and that is what he expects of us. We are to mimic him.

Application: Jesus lead a sinless, humble, holy life. I must be careful to copy his example. I must strive to be Christlike.

Prayer: Father, help me to lead a restrained, holy life because that’s how you lived as a man and that’s how you want me to live as a man. I ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen

Our blog is written from our life experiences in hope of helping others know and believe there is love, forgiveness, and deliverance found in Jesus Christ.
