This is 1 Peter 3 from The Message and Personalized, I pray this speak to you today.
What an amazing God ! And how blessed we are to have Him, this Father of our Champion Jesus Christ! Yes, our Champion, Jesus went to the cross and paid the price for us…you and me. Now, because Jesus was raised from the dead, you have been given a brand-new life and have everything to live for, including a future in heaven—and the future starts now! God is keeping careful watch over us and the future. The Day is coming when you will have it all—life healed and whole.
I know how great this makes you feel, even though you must put up with every kind of frustration and many unforeseen challenges in the meantime. When you come to your finish line, your prize and proof will be your faith, not your material possessions or achievements that God will have on display as evidence of His victory. It will be what dwells within you, you faith, your spirit mingled with His Holy Spirit. Stay the course sweet sister! It is all worth it, even this temporary place earth, the struggle is worth it. Jesus makes it worth it!
I know…You never saw Him, yet you love Him. You still do not see Him, yet you trust Him…you pour out your joy and your fear to Him. Your steadfastness bears witness to who you are…Because you kept on believing, you will receive everything what you’re looking forward to: restoration physically, mentally and spiritually.
We know because scripture tells us, we only have a glimpse, an infant understanding into all that is coming this gift of life God is preparing. The Bible has provided all that we need to know right now!
We must be ready, for the end times began at the cross, have a ready mind, be totally ready to receive the gift that is coming when Jesus arrives. Do not slip back into those old habits of doing just what you feel like doing. Do not let your mind slip back either, keep it tuned, volume up to God. As God’s children, we must let ourselves be shaped by God, refined, renewed continually, a life energetic and burning with holiness. God said, “I am holy; you be holy.”
You call out to God for help and He helps—1 Peter 1:13-16 says “Therefore, prepare your minds for action, keep sober in spirit, fix your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. As obedient children, do not be conformed to the former lusts which were yours in your ignorance, but like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior; because it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.” Remember, do not forget…He is also a responsible Father, and won’t let you get by with sloppy living.
Your life is a journey you must travel with a deep awareness of God. It cost God His Son to get you out of that broken, slave to sin life you were in. He paid with Christ’s sacred blood; you know He died blameless and sinless, a sacrificial lamb. This was God’s plan, ALL ALONG. God always knew He was going to do this for you. It is because of this sacrificed Son, whom God then raised from the dead and glorified, that you trust God, that you know you have a future in God.
Finally, follow the truth, love one another as if your lives depended on it. Your new life is not like your old life. Your old birth came from mortal sperm; your new birth comes from God’s living Word. Just think: a life conceived by God himself!

Open up your heart right now. Listen to Him. Follow His leading, not just my words. Man can fail you. God cannot, it is impossible, and He will never fail you. He keeps His promises. He loves you so very much. You are His special child, and He wants you to curl up in His arms and feel His eternal, everlasting, unconditional love.
