Love the Lord, Not Money

Scripture: For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs. 1 Timothy 6:10 NIV

Observation: The terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad money!

Application: Only my children will understand what I wrote in the observation. Anywho, it aint the money that’s the problem. It’s the LOVE of the darned stuff. We should all remember the difference. There’s nothing wrong with money–nothing at all. Just remember that Jesus is Lord and money is NOT!

Prayer: Father, thank you for supplying for the needs of my family and me. Help me to always keep my adoration focused on you. I ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen
