Speak it in Faith

Scripture: Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.  Acts 4:12 NIV

Observation: Peter and John boldly address the Sanhedrin after healing a lame man in Jesus’ name.

Application: Yesterday’s scripture in Acts 3 spoke to me of the power of Jesus’ name. Today in Acts 4 Peter and John just reaffirm the might of that name, ” Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.”  Acts 4: NIV We cannot be saved by speaking Allah, Buddha, David Koreish, or any other name–only Jesus! Speak his name in faith and receive salvation.

Prayer: Father, thank you for giving us salvation through Jesus. Amen
