Value as He Values

Scripture: He said to them, “You are the ones who justify yourselves in the eyes of men, but God knows your hearts. What is highly valued among men is detestable in God’s sight. Luke 16:15 NIV

Observation: Jesus is speaking to the Pharisees about where men’s hearts truly lie and of what the Father finds valuable.

Application: I have to remember that earthly value is of no value to God. He loves when we seek his will and place our focus on the same things that he focuses on and values.

Prayer: Father, help me to value as you value. In that I will be seeking your will. I ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen
