Eternal Life

Scripture: Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. John 17:3 NIV

Observation: Jesus prays to God the Father.

Application: Within his prayer, Jesus describes eternal life. It is knowing God the Father and Jesus our savior whom God sent to earth.

Prayer: Father, thank you for sending Jesus. He has made it possible for me to know you and experience eternal life. Thank you. Amen

Purpose

Our blog is written from our life experiences in hope of helping others know and believe there is love, forgiveness, and deliverance found in Jesus Christ. No matter where you have been or where you are headed Jesus provides hope and freedom from the challenges we face living in this world. And so it was with me, brothers and sisters. When I came to you, I did not come with eloquence or human wisdom as I proclaimed to you the testimony about God. For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified. I came to you in weakness with great fear and trembling. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?
