God Cannot be Out-smarted

Scripture: There is no wisdom, no insight, no plan that can succeed against the Lord.  Proverbs 21:30 NIV

Observation: God cannot be out-smarted.

Application: God cannot be bested.  He’s the creator. None of his creation can successfully deceive him.  Lucifer tried and he was evicted from heaven. Adam tried and he and Eve were evicted from Eden. It’s impossible to out-smart, out-wit, out-think, or out manuever God. He’s omnipotent-he can do anything, omniscient-he knows everything, and omnipresent-he’s everywhere.  God is God and this world and everything in it is his.  He has a plan for this creation and has since the beginning.  Any attempt by us to change it is an exercise in futility.  His plan is to commune with his creation through our acceptance of Christ’s sacrifice.  That’s the only way and that’s the only plan that will work.

Prayer: Father, thank you for having a plan and sticking to it. I’m sorry that your created thought that you could be out-smarted and that caused the need for Jesus’ sacrifice. Thank you for giving him for us. In Jesus’ name. Amen
