Old Testament Jesus

Scripture: They arranged to meet Paul on a certain day, and came in even larger numbers to the place where he was staying. From morning till evening he explained and declared to them the kingdom of God and tried to convince them about Jesus from the Law of Moses and from the Prophets.
Acts 28:23 NIV

Observation: Paul is speaking to the Jewish leaders about Christ.

Application: I am having trouble writing something pithy about today’s scripture. I believe that for today I will have to be satisfied with knowing that the Old Testament speaks specifically and precisely about Jesus as the Messiah. Have a great day.

Prayer: Father, you are sovereign and your plan for salvation is clear throughout scripture. Thank you God for loving me and giving me Jesus. I love you. Amen
